Why don't you have a standard pricing list?
We know every project is different, so costs can vary based on things like materials, setup and breakdown, travel, design time, and the length of the event. Instead of fixed pricing, we work with each client to create a custom quote that fits their needs and budget. This way, our pricing stays clear and flexible, and clients always know exactly what to expect.
I'm getting married next year, do you take commissions for wedding props?
Absolutely! We love creating props for various events and spaces. If you're interested in working together, send us an email and let's chat about your ideas.
What's your location, and do you cover the whole UK?
We are located in Putney in south west southwest of London, and our service coverage extends up to a 20-mile radius from the M25. For dry hire items, we provide nationwide courier delivery across the entire United Kingdom.
I'm interested in having custom-made giant flowers for my wedding day. What's the turnaround time for this request, and is it a service you provide?
Yes! We can create custom flowers and props. Turnaround times depend on the project and our current schedule.
Is it possible to install aerial streamers on plaster ceilings and walls?
It’s technically possible to install our pieces on plaster walls or ceilings, but the venue must already have strong fixtures like hooks, nails, metal rods, pipes, or beams to attach the streamers.
Stick-on hooks might seem like an option, but we strongly advise against using them on plastered surfaces, they can damage the paint or plaster when removed, and we can’t take responsibility for that.
Because of this, we usually recommend other décor options instead, like arches, walls, chandeliers, and more. Get in touch, and we’ll find the best solution for your project.
